Are the homes shown on the website available?
The homes featured on our website are examples of the quality and style of accommodation we offer. Availability changes regularly, so if a particular home isn't available, we'll recommend similar options that match your requirements.
What is the difference between private aprtments and coliving homes?
Private apartments offer complete privacy with your own self-contained home. Coliving homes provide a private bedroom with shared living spaces and a built-in community. Both are fully furnished, carefully curated and available for flexible monthly stays.
How does the home request process work?
Simply tell us about your move and, if you've seen a home you like, let us know which one. We'll review your request, confirm availability and recommend the best options for your stay.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Afinio Living focuses on extended stays, typically from one month or longer, making it ideal for professionals relocating or spending an extended period in Barcelona.
What does membership include?
Every resident becomes part of the Afinio Living community, with access to a Community Manager, local events, introductions to other members, curated recommendations and exclusive partner benefits.
